Independent by design
Last updated October 31, 2026
ReserveWatch is an independent xrpl commodity reserve health monitor. We read public XRP Ledger data about commodity tokens and explain what it shows, in plain language. We are not a custodian, not an issuer, not a vault auditor, and not investment advice.
What we are
- A monitor. We check public ledger facts for gold, silver, platinum and other commodity tokens: supply, issuer settings, liquidity and price, and whether the issuer's website confirms the issuer.
- Independent. We are not affiliated with Ripple, the XRPL Foundation, Valtorum, or any token issuer we list. No issuer pays for a listing or a label.
- Even-handed. The same published rules apply to every token. You can read every rule on the methodology page.
What we are not
- Not a custodian. We never hold tokens, metal, cash or keys. We will never ask for a seed phrase, private key or payment.
- Not an issuer. We do not create, sell, redeem or market any token.
- Not a vault auditor. We do not visit or inspect vaults, warehouses or bank accounts. On-ledger supply shows how many tokens exist — it is not proof of reserves.
- Not investment advice. OK, WARN and CRITICAL are automated summaries of ledger checks. They are not ratings, recommendations, or opinions on anyone's solvency or conduct.
How we stay useful
- Every reading comes from public XRPL servers you can check yourself, and the raw data is free at /api/tokens.
- When we cannot confirm something, we say so with a soft label — for example "Issuer link unconfirmed" — rather than guess. A label is not an allegation.
- Issuers can send corrections or proof through the contact page; changes follow the same rules for everyone.
