Informational service. The site provides automated, informational readings of public blockchain data as described in the Disclaimer. Nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation, or advice of any kind.
No warranty. The site and data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReserveWatch and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its data.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or overload it with automated requests. Reasonable use of the public JSON API is welcome; please cache responses and attribute "ReserveWatch" when you republish readings.
Third-party links and data. Links to explorers, issuers, and other sites are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.
No accounts, no wallets. The site never asks for wallet seeds, private keys, or payments. Anyone asking for them in our name is not us.
Changes. We may update the site, its checks, or these terms at any time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
