Tokenized wheat on the XRP Ledger
Last updated October 30, 2026 · All commodities
Automated ledger readings, not advice. ReserveWatch is not an audit, not proof of reserves and not investment advice. It does not tell anyone to buy, sell or hold a token.
What is a tokenized wheat token?
Grain like wheat is usually tokenized as a warehouse receipt (wheat already in storage) or a forward contract (wheat to be delivered after harvest). Quality grade and storage location change its value.
How price is compared
There is no single free, public spot price for wheat that maps cleanly onto a token, and contracts are usually quoted per bushel with grade, location and delivery terms that differ by issuer. So ReserveWatch does not compare wheat tokens with a spot price. Their pages show "price vs spot not measured" instead of a guess, and every other ledger check (supply, issuer flags, freeze, clawback, liquidity, holders, domain verification) still runs.
Wheat on the XRP Ledger today
No public XRPL issuer of a wheat token is tracked yet. We looked for an issuer account we could confirm on XRP Ledger mainnet or on the issuer's own published page or xrp-ledger.toml, and found none as of October 30, 2026. When one appears, it gets its own token page here with live checks.
Outside the XRP Ledger
Tokenized.so lists wheat products from several issuers on other networks (accessed October 30, 2026). ReserveWatch covers XRPL only; these are listed for context, not tracked or endorsed.
Questions to ask before relying on a wheat token
- Who is the issuer, and does its own website publish an
xrp-ledger.tomlthat lists the issuer account? - Can the issuer freeze or claw back tokens? (Check the token page’s issuer flags.)
- Is there enough on-ledger liquidity to sell, or only a thin pool?
- Remember: none of the ledger data proves the physical goods exist. On-ledger supply is not proof of reserves.
